3. Team Leadership and Development
- Manage and train team members, including kitchen staff, servers, and supervisors.

- Conduct performance reviews and identify opportunities for skill development.
4. Financial Oversight
- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Analyze financial reports, including profit margins, operational costs, and sales data, to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and monitor operational budgets.
5. Supply Chain and Inventory Management
- Oversee procurement, storage, and inventory control of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective purchasing.
- Monitor stock levels and reduce wastage by implementing efficient inventory management systems.
6. Customer Experience Management
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on reviews and surveys.
- Work with marketing teams to align operations with promotional campaigns and events.
7. Process Optimization and Innovation
- Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement process improvements.
