Operations Director – Digital Banking (Muscat, Oman)
We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the operational strategy and execution for a major digital transformation project at a leading Middle Eastern bank. This role will oversee the successful rollout and management of a new mobile banking application, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end operational strategy for the bank’s digital banking products, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day digital banking operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and a high-quality customer experience.
- Develop and implement processes, policies, and controls to support digital banking growth.
- Work closely with technology, risk, compliance, and customer service teams to optimize digital banking performance.
- Ensure regulatory and security compliance for all digital banking operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations to enhance operational capabilities.
- Monitor key operational KPIs, drive process improvements, and ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Support the go-to-market strategy and product launch, ensuring operational readiness.
