Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator will assist the marketing team in the development and execution of various marketing initiatives. This individual will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content across digital and traditional platforms, coordinating marketing activities, and ensuring brand consistency.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Content Creation:


    • Develop engaging and creative content for the company’s website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
    • Write, edit, and proofread marketing copy for both online and offline content.
    • Create visual content such as graphics, videos, and photography, using design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and ensure content aligns with marketing strategies.
  2. Social Media Management:


    • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Schedule and publish social media posts, ensuring content is engaging and on-brand.
    • Monitor social media metrics and provide reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
    • Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Marketing Coordination:


    • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, promotions, and events.
    • Coordinate with external vendors, such as designers, printers, and media outlets, to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Support the execution of marketing events and activations, including coordinating logistics and promotional materials.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
  4. Brand Consistency:


    • Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with the brand’s voice, style, and visual identity.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and marketing best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing
  • Some experience in marketing fields
  • Connection with media, marketing agencies and/or event organizers would be beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good proficiency in English
  • Computer acquirements in MS Office
