Reviews product specifications and delivery schedule to accurately determine the size and layout of warehouse and equipment/material storage requirements on site. Documents overall material need, including all codes, brands, and contact information necessary to process orders. Adjusts amounts for existing inventory and for orders of conventional sizes. Requires ability to understand engineering documents and work closely with members of the engineering team.


Enhances product workflow by analysing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Ensures rational distribution and delivery according to analysis report and tracking records.


Must have hands-on site experience in this role.


Senior level position with advanced knowledge and a specialized depth or breadth of expertise, gaining a mastery of a single areas or multiple broader areas of specialization.


Plans and conducts and may supervise work of self and others. Has ability to lead project teams. May participate in cross-functional collaboration.


Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance. Broad duties assigned at beginning of projects. Work is assigned in terms of objectives, relative priorities, and critical areas that impinge on work of other units. Work is reviewed to ensure policy conformity and soundness of approach. Informed guidance is available.


Strong ability to Inform and persuade on complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations and reports, as well as collaboration with stakeholders and management.
