Job Description
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Plumber is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments
Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Repair:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances.
- Collaborate with construction professionals and contractors to coordinate plumbing installations in new construction or renovation projects.
Inspection and Maintenance:
- Conduct inspections to identify plumbing issues and assess the condition of existing systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems, implementing effective and lasting solutions.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency situations.
Compliance:
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and code changes.
Customer Service:
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of plumbing issues, proposed solutions, and accurate cost estimates.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
