SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Responsibilities:
Ensure fire protection systems' inspection, testing, documentation, and maintenance comply with Jotun HSEQ Management System, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and other local requirements.
Manage external maintenance contractors, analyze reports, and provide solutions using root cause analysis. Monitor and evaluate service contractors' performance.
Ensure internal and external HSEQ requirements are followed.
Maintain and monitor production equipment, and prepare preventative and breakdown maintenance schedules in coordination with the Planning and Production Supervisor.
Implement root cause analysis on recurring or critical breakdowns and failures.
Ensure the Jotun Maintenance System area of responsibility is always up to date.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER
We are looking for:
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Understanding of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and fire protection systems would be an additional advantage.
