Job Description

as part of the General Affairs department, providing support to the Public Relations functions and completing tasks assigned by the Manager.


Key Deliverables:


  • You will be responsible to deliver the official documents and papers to the relevant authority as per the directions of the PR manager or his representative. And give an update on the status.
  • Collect and distribute company official postal mails/parcels as instructed.
  • Ensure all sign in and out / maintenance / traffic / violations / General cleanliness of company vehicles for official purpose is recorded in the register.
  • Do PRO work in a lot of times like Cancellation of visas / payment of bills / medical examination / immigration and residence.
  • You will be responsible to maintain the fuel card receipt for company car fuelling purpose and hand it over to the Administration.
  • Responsible for safe driving and following the rules and regulations for road safety at all times.
  • Receiving guests at airport and educating them about the country norms as required / handle tours.

Job Profile:


Qualifications:


  • Higher Secondary School.

Skills/Knowledge:


  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Should have basic communication skills English/Arabic.
  • Should be able to follow instruction correctly.

Experience: 


  • Fresher / 1-year work experience as driver

Business Understanding: 


  • Aware of routing and road safety regulations.
  • Knowledge of the prevailing and regulations of the country.
