Junior Waitress for Muscat

We are seeking a skilled junior waitress for our prestigious client in Muscat, Oman. As a Junior Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will assist customers, take food and drink orders, and ensure a clean and friendly atmosphere. You will work alongside senior waitstaff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.

Preferably: Filipino,Myanmar, Indonesian, Nationals

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  
• Provide menus, answer questions about the menu, and offer recommendations when requested.
  
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  
• Communicate customer orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely and accurate preparation.
  
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  
• Clear tables, remove dishes, and keep the dining area clean and organized.
  
• Refill drinks and attend to customers' additional requests throughout their meal.
  
• Handle cash and process payments through the register as needed.
  
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
  
• Assist in setting up, maintaining, and cleaning dining areas and stations.
  
• Support the senior waitstaff and management with additional tasks as needed.
  
• Maintain a positive and friendly attitude with guests and colleagues.
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer service role or as a waitress/waiter (preferably, but not required).
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and payments.
  
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  

Duty: 9 hours per day 6 days a week (with one hour break)
