Key Responsibilities:
As Principal, you will be the educational and operational leader of the school, driving academic excellence and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
• Educational Leadership: Set strategic direction, develop impactful educational goals, and lead curriculum innovation to meet students' needs.
• Instructional Leadership: Promote effective teaching practices, oversee curriculum delivery, and ensure measurable improvements in student outcomes.
• Staff Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team. Foster a positive work culture focused on staff wellbeing.
• Pastoral Care: Ensure a safe, supportive learning environment for all students and drive student development and wellbeing.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with students, parents, the local community, and key stakeholders to support the school's mission.
• Operational & Financial Management: Oversee school operations, budgeting, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation standards.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking a Principal with a proven track record of educational leadership and management. The successful candidate will have:
• A Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or equivalent.
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles, with a history of delivering positive outcomes.
• Experience in Cambridge Curriculum schools or similar international education systems.
• Strong understanding of operating in a for-profit school environment.
• Experience in managing multicultural teams and students where English may be a second language.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Demonstrated commitment to child safeguarding and wellbeing.
