Job Description



· IT Support & Helpdesk
o Provide first-line technical support to employees via Jira, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
o Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user IT issues (desktops, laptops, printers, software, VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.).
o Maintain and update technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
o Train and assist employees on IT best practices and secure usage of software and hardware.
· Systems Administration & Infrastructure Management
o Manage user accounts and access controls across Active Directory, Azure AD (MS Entra), and cloud platforms.
o Assist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of end-user devices, including performing hardware and software upgrades.
o Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux) and IT infrastructure (network devices, firewalls, VPNs).
o Monitor system performance, security, and backups, ensuring business continuity.
o Maintain IT asset inventory and manage software licensing.
o Implement automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for routine IT tasks
· Security & Compliance
o Enforce IT security policies, manage firewalls, endpoint protection, and identity management.
o Ensure compliance with company data protection and cybersecurity policies.
o Perform regular system updates and patch management to maintain system integrity.

Requirements



Minimum Qualifications
Ø Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Ø Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Ø Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Ø Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
Ø Knowledege of Active Directory, Azure AD (MS Entra), and cloud identity management.
Ø Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Ø Good knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Management).
Ø Familiarity with IT automation & scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
