The Global Innovation & Transformation (GIT) department at CHANEL, a division of the Global IT team, stands at the forefront of enhancing customer experiences by crafting innovative, cross-functional, and tailored solutions. Our Tech Innovation arm orchestrates a pivotal transformation program, exploring and prototyping opportunities with cutting-edge technologies, accelerating their implementation across all business entities through various project phases – from POC to MVP and industrialization pilots.
We seek a diligent, proactive, and dedicated intern from a French “Grandes Écoles de Commerce” or “Grandes Écoles d'Ingénieur" background or equivalent, to support our team, particularly in setting for a robust Tech Innovation Center of Expertise. The intern will play a crucial role in organizing, setting governance, and supporting the initiation of various tech innovation circles within IT and across different business entities.
YOUR IMPACT AT CHANEL
Support in Organizational Strategy: Assist in organizing, defining governance, and animating communities of interest across various entities involved in advanced technologies.
Program Support: Actively involved in the boot-up of the set-up of the Tech Innovation Center of Expertise, ensuring all preliminary activities, coordination, and documentation are meticulously managed.
Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication and coordination among different IT and business circles, ensuring streamlined flow of information and collaborative synergy.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of all program activities, interactions, and prepare periodic reports to be presented to the Tech Innovation department.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from a French "Grandes Écoles de Commerce” or "Grandes Écoles d'Ingénieur" or equivalent.
Native French speaker with business fluency in English (both verbal & written).
Skills and Abilities:
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and processes and translate them into understandable items.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate through various departments and levels of the organization.
