Position: Housekeeping Head - Western /European National

Job location: Oman (for a private Farm) 

Candidate location: Open 

Job Responsibilities: 

1. Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of all farm facilities, office spaces, restrooms including barns, hen house, packing rooms, storage areas, feeding stations, and surrounding grounds.
2. Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
3. Implement and enforce safety protocols related to cleaning and hygiene, ensuring all staff adhere to best practices.
4. Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other necessary materials.
5. Additionally, please note that the Head of Housekeeping role should focus primarily on cleaning the facility, including the inner spaces, tractors, and machinery. Housekeeping responsibilities are to be strictly limited to these areas within the farm.

Salary OR 2000-2200 + single accommodation + food + visa + medical insurance.
