Job Description

As a Field Competence Support Engineer within the MEA Network Infrastructure (NI) Deployment Service team, you will be at the forefront of managing Deployment Service activities in Oman and the broader Middle East. You will collaborate closely with the MEA NI Customer Delivery team and other global engineering teams to drive the seamless deployment of IP, Optical, and Fixed Networks. Your role will involve customizing technical procedures, troubleshooting field implementation challenges in real-time, and enhancing the overall quality of service delivery. In our dynamic work environment, you will engage with diverse teams, leveraging your technical expertise while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors. Your contributions will shape successful project outcomes and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, making you an integral part of our commitment to excellence in network deployment.
