Answering phone calls & handling client inquiries

Omani nationality (Must be a citizen of Oman 🇴🇲)
Fluent in Arabic & English (written & spoken)
Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field)
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Polite, well-mannered, and professional in dealing with clients
Ability to handle administrative & coordination tasks efficiently
