Executive Manager (Iranian)

The Executive Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategic direction, and profitability of the company. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills to ensure business growth, operational efficiency, and the achievement of company objectives. Additionally, the Executive Manager will act as the primary liaison between the local operations and the Headquarters in Iran, ensuring smooth communication, alignment of business strategies, and operational consistency across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Strategy & Expansion – Develop growth strategies, identify market opportunities, and align local operations with HQ directives.
• Operations & Production – Optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics for cost-effective and high-quality production.
• Financial & Compliance Management – Oversee budgeting, cost control, and ensure compliance with local and corporate policies.
• HR & Leadership – Lead and mentor teams, ensuring high performance, talent development, and adherence to company values.
• HQ Communication – Provide regular reports, coordinate procurement and logistics, and align key decisions with HQ.
• Client & Supplier Relations – Maintain partnerships, negotiate contracts, and enhance brand reputation.
