Estimator II - MUS00ZB

Primary Location



: OMN-MC-Muscat 5. Understands and has experience developing all types of economic models for on shore refinery and offshore facilities. This will include NPV, IRR, DPP assessments.8. Analyses site conditions and applies practical experience with constructability expertise to the development of feasibility and conceptual estimates where little or no design drawings and information exist for the effort9. Ensure that all relevant regional/local factors are taken into account when preparing estimates by organising and participating in location surveys and data research Industry Specific Experience:
· Minimum 7 years practical experience in the preparing Class 1 to Class 5 estimates as per AACEI Estimate Classification for the Oil & Gas, offshore or Petrochemicals projects.
· Engineering and Construction Experience is a must.
· Experience in commercial contracting models/risk profiles and project scopes/phases (FEL/EPC/EPCM & Lump Sum/Fixed Price/Target Price/Reimbursable, etc).
· Hands-on mentality.
Education: Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation preferred) or Construction / Quantity surveying.
HSE Capability: Complies with, promotes, and provides leadership in HSE policy and Worley Life.
Quality: Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Worley Assurance process and Cost Estimate Review procedure
IT Skills: Have strong skills with MS Office 365 (latest version), Palisade @Risk etc.
People Skills: Excellent presentation skills, skilled in oral and written communication.
