To attract top talent, engage existing employees, and position the company as an employer of choice. You’ll develop strategic employer branding campaigns, craft compelling content, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring the employer brand to life.
✔ Develop & Execute Employer Branding Strategies – Align branding efforts with the company’s mission and values to create a compelling employee value proposition (EVP).
✔ Create Engaging Content – Showcase company culture, employee experiences, and benefits through captivating storytelling across multiple platforms.
✔ Strengthen Internal & External Connections – Work closely with HR, marketing, and internal communication teams, while also representing the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
✔ Conduct Market Research & Analysis – Stay ahead of industry trends, track employer branding effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements.
✔ Enhance the Employee Life Cycle – Identify areas for improvement across recruitment, onboarding, retention, and beyond to enhance the overall employee experience.
✔ Empower Employee Ambassadors – Develop and manage an advocacy program, enabling employees to share their positive experiences and boost the company’s brand reputation.
