• The `Food Handling Function ‘reports to the Master
• The `Food Handling Function ‘must fully adhere to the guidance in Food Safety
• If any of the guidance in Food Safety cannot be maintained the Master must be informed.
• Comply with the regulations of the company safety management system.
• STCW - Cooks Certificate (Food Hygiene)
• Basic Safety Training (STCW A-VI/1)
• Security Training for Seafarers with Designated Security Duties A-VI/6
• Valid Seafarer Medical
• Valid Seaman Book
• valid Ships Cook Certificate MLC 2006 compliant
