Job Description

A Club Lounge Attendant works in the VIP Lounge of a hotel. The VIP is an exclusive, private area provided by the property, with access granted only to elite guests who qualify for membership. Club Lounge Attendant focus on providing excellent customer service and working to meet the needs of these special guests.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY


  • Make sure our guests always get a warm welcome and a sincere farewell 
  • Support any needs at the Club Lounge
  • Deliver a memorable experience to guests with a swift and personal service - not forgetting to recognize and record guest preferences
  • Resolve guest issues and use their feedback to improve guest satisfaction
  • Make great guest relationships in a very short pace of time
  • Effortlessly meet the diverse cultural needs of guests from around the world
  • Manage the stock of the Self-Service area, cleans up after guests, assists from food service preparation, set the area up for service and more
  • Keep the Club Lounge running smooth and ensure the guests leave satisfied
  • Ensuring the Club Lounge is properly maintained at all times
  • Respond to the requests of all guests
  • Demonstrate daily guest discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentiality
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed.
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
