Client Executive

We will rely on you to:
 


Leadership / Management: Lead and manage assigned portfolio of client servicing


Client Service and Claims Management:


  • Build and maintain an excellent rapport with portfolio of clients, their service providers, and colleagues across the firm. Demonstrate continuous learning skills and deliver best in class industry led services.


  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers or influencers within clients. Involve senior colleagues and other internal resources to foster relationships with clients at all levels.


  • Foster a culture of ‘no surprises’ through ongoing communication with Operations team and senior management. Identify major projects or threat of competition at an early stage and advise the senior management.


  • Provide an effective and pro-active client service, providing technical advice and robust and cost-effective solutions to meet client expectations and service standards. Check all policy documents and arrange its issuance in a timely manner to meet deadlines and client needs.


  • Communicate regularly and meet with clients (at least quarterly) to understand and meet their requirements and monitor changes within the client’s activities. Keep line manager and colleagues informed of relevant activities, developments and issues or dialogue with competitors. Identify where changes within a client require additional cover or refinement in the existing insurance programme. Establish systems with clients to review contracts, lease agreements and other legal documents, which may require disclosure to underwriters or require amendments in the insurance arranged.


  • Strategic account management and stewardship reporting along with the client manager/Senior Relationship Officer.


  • Identify opportunities to introduce Marsh McLennan companies to cross sell and strengthen relationship with existing clients.


Compliance: Comply with Greater Good; relevant legal / regulatory requirements


What you need to have:


  • 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field.


  • Diploma or university degree preferred (or equivalent experience)


  • Fluent written and spoken English


  • Proficiency knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
