Main Tasks and Responsibilities: 
• Supervise and monitor daily Civil and Structural work progress for the assigned 
activities for OH line and substation project as per construction schedule and 
project’s design and specification.  
• Performing field walk-downs to review work for conformance with design 
requirements, applicable codes/standards and project procedures and interact 
with site team.  
• Coordinate with EPC to ensure the timely mobilization of resources as per 
mobilization plan. Provide periodical assessment about shortage of resources 
and report to EPC for their actions. 
• Cross discipline review of engineering deliverables in related documents of site 
temporary facilities, right of way, plot plans, layouts, civil detail drawings, 
piling, foundations, tower structure, earth works, etc.   
• Performs coordination and communications with Design Engineering to resolve 
technical problems and initiating, reviewing, implementing, and/or 
dispositioning change requests such as Field Change Notices, Field Change 
Requests, Nonconformance Reports, Conditioned Reports, and other technical 
documentation. 
• Review all construction related civil documents such as method statements, 
constructability, 3D, lifting plans, etc.  
• Supervise and follow up site construction activities like excavation, backfilling, 
pilling, concreting, right of way preparation, tower structure installation, 
building substation, scaffolding, etc.  and all other project civil activities and 
inspect work progress to identify challenges and mitigate risks.  
• Attend, coordinate and liaise with Contractor and site team for the testing 
activities like concrete tests, soil tests, piles integrity & load tests, etc.  
• Prepare daily/weekly progress report and other concerns /challenges to site 
management. 
• Intervene to site issues and take appropriate action to the way forward of 
activities. 
• Liaise in-between HSE advisors and EPC to make sure all site construction 
activities are carrying out in line with HSE compliance. 
Qualification:
Educational qualification is Bachelor’s in Civil / Structural Engineering. Min 10 years of experience in relevant projects and construction
