Qualification
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement and subcontract management within the offshore oil and gas sector.
* Certifications: Relevant certifications in procurement or contract management (e.g., CIPS, PMP, or equivalent) are preferred.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with procurement processes, subcontractor prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract management within the oil and gas industry
