We are looking for a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team. The role involves analyzing and improving business processes while collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document current processes and procedures in collaboration with different teams.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing procedures and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and document workflow maps using appropriate analysis tools, such as BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine their requirements and needs, and offer suitable solutions.
- Evaluate the impact of changes on various processes and ensure their smooth implementation.
- Provide regular reports on work progress and achieved results.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Practical experience in process analysis and development.
- Good knowledge of modeling tools such as Visio, ARIS, or BIC.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in using project management tools and software.
- Ability to think analytically and solve problems in an innovative way.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital transformation projects or process improvement.
- Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles or continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma.
