Job Description
A multinational Oman-based company is seeking an organized Omani national for the position of Business Development Support to manage and coordinate daily engineering operations including coordinating administrative tasks and research. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the office operations, building relations with public entitles and preparing reports.
- Update project-related documentation and prepare, expense reports, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other communication materials.
- Compile data for ongoing and potential projects and support the business development team.
- Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong administrative, operational, or online research capacity.
- Strong administration, research, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
