Job Description
A multinational Oman-based company is seeking an organized Omani national for the position of Business Development Support to manage and coordinate daily engineering operations including coordinating administrative tasks and research. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and capable of multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain the office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Handle document management, including filing, tracking, and updating project-related documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other communication materials.
- Compile data for ongoing and potential projects and support the business development team.
- Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple departments.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or online research capacity.
- Strong administration, research, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
