Job Title: Business Development ManagerLocation: Muscat, OmanDepartment: Sales & Business DevelopmentJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the staffing and outsourcing services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with key decision-makers, and driving growth for the company’s staffing and outsourcing solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who is adept at identifying market trends, understanding client needs, and crafting tailored solutions that add value to clients' businesses.Key Responsibilities:Business Acquisition & Lead Generation:1. Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing and outsourcing services.2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.3. Research industry trends, market needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.4. Conduct cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate new business opportunities.Client Relationship Management:1. Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, HR leaders, procurement managers, and other key stakeholders in client organizations.2. Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients to understand their staffing and outsourcing needs.3. Understand client pain points and propose tailored staffing solutions to meet their business objectives.4. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, maintaining long-term relationships and fostering repeat business.Proposal & Contract Development:1. Lead the development of customized proposals, presentations, and service agreements for prospective clients.2. Collaborate with internal teams to create staffing solutions and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.3. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Sales Forecasting & Reporting:1. Track and report on sales performance, opportunities, and pipeline status regularly.2. Provide insights and updates to senior management regarding market conditions, potential clients, and business opportunities.Market Analysis & Competitor Intelligence:1. Stay informed of market trends, emerging industries, and competitors within the staffing and outsourcing sector.2. Use market knowledge to identify areas for differentiation and competitive advantage.3. Leverage insights to develop new business strategies and refine the company’s offerings.Collaboration with Internal Teams:1. Work closely with recruitment, operations, and marketing teams to ensure that the company’s offerings meet client needs.2. Ensure smooth transitions from sales to service delivery by collaborating with account managers and project managers.3. Provide input on marketing strategies and support in client-facing communications.Skills Required:· Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and present ideas to clients and internal teams.· Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.· Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.· Sales & Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and client acquisition in a staffing and outsourcing environment.· Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop innovative staffing solutions.· Project Management: Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and targets.· Presentation Skills: Skilled in delivering effective presentations to both small and large audiences, tailored to various decision-makers.Qualifications Required:· Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.· Experience: Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment industry.· A strong understanding of staffing and outsourcing industry trends, challenges, and best practices.· Industry Knowledge: Experience in specialized staffing sectors such as IT, healthcare, finance, or other niche markets is a plus.
