Business Development Executive (Omani Female)

Position Overview

Astra Trading and Projects LLC seeks a dynamic and motivated Omani female Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our innovative solar energy solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about renewable energy and contributing to Oman's sustainable development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Identify potential clients and opportunities in the renewable energy and solar installation sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Sales and Promotion: Actively promote Astra’s solar energy products and services to businesses, farms, and residential sectors.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and reports to prospective clients.
  • Partnerships and Networking: Establish strategic partnerships and represent Astra in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales and business development targets, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to the management team.


Skills

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Preferably 1-2 years in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the renewable energy or technology sector. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of solar energy systems or a willingness to learn.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driving License: A valid Omani driving license is preferred
