Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The Barista will greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for coffee and tea.


YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:


  • Greet customers and take orders
  • Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
  • Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Stock and replenish supplies as needed
  • Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:


  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques
  • Ability to operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
