We are seeking an experienced Applications Management Specialist to lead the establishment and enhancement of IT service management processes within a newly formed division. This role is critical in defining and implementing IT governance frameworks, ITIL-based service management, and operational excellence within a dynamic and evolving technology environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Establish and standardize IT service management processes, including incident management, problem management, and monitoring standards.
- Develop and maintain IT governance, ensuring compliance with ISO certifications and service assurance standards.
- Oversee change control processes, ensuring adherence to structured methodologies and best practices.
- Lead the documentation of processes and standards, ensuring a structured and efficient operational environment.
- Drive the adoption of ITIL frameworks, aligning IT operations with business needs.
- Monitor and manage application performance, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance metrics and enhance service delivery.
- Provide leadership in vendor and stakeholder management, ensuring high service quality.
