We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – APIs to define and execute our API product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, market needs, and the latest technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities: - Define and develop API product strategy, ensuring market fit and business alignment within the telecommunications industry.
- Conduct market research to understand user needs, trends, and competitive landscape in telecom APIs.
- Gather and prioritize requirements from developers, customers, and internal teams.
- Support sales efforts by providing API technical expertise and crafting technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop and manage API product roadmaps, ensuring timely feature releases.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, intuitive APIs with comprehensive documentation.
- Monitor API performance (uptime, latency, and usage) and optimize accordingly.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with telecom industry regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to security vulnerabilities, market shifts, and technical debt.
- Provide training and documentation to facilitate API adoption and integration.
