ALTERNANCE - Junior intranets & no-code/low-code platforms – September 2025

CHANEL invests significant efforts to provide state-of-the-art digital tools to its employees and partners to improve their productivity, both individual and collective, carry out their mission efficiently, and contribute to the long-term brand equity of the House.
The Intranets & No-Code/Low-Code Platforms will work among the Intranets & No-Code/Low-Code Platforms team, belonging to the Digital Workplace Services entity within the Global Infrastructure department at CHANEL.
The Intranets & No-Code/Low-Code Platforms Service has the responsibility to offer and define the standards of digital solutions, to ease and empower the communication and the collaboration between business teams covering all the activities within CHANEL, for a large variety of needs in an international context. Another mission of the team is to offer to other CHANEL entities the ability to use in a secured and controlled area the Generative AI & Agents capabilities, from simple usage for individual productivity to large business needs with complex architecture.
Technological environment in the Digital Workplace relies on key vendors, such as Microsoft and LumApps, involving their main solutions in this area: Office 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, LumApps intranet, etc.

YOUR IMPACT AT CHANEL

Purpose of this position is to support the Intranets & No-Code/Low-Code Platforms Services team in its missions, dealing with projects and activities to deliver, sustain and promote digital solutions for employees.

Manage projects to deploy web digital solutions for business teams to better communicate and collaborate:

Designing and building the best solutions to meet the business requirements
Involving all relevant stakeholders from other IT Teams, as well as solutions providers and IT partners
Support the different teams from IT and/or business to strengthen the adoption

Animate the No-code/Low-code & Agentic AI community within CHANEL

Manage the citizen developer community at CHANEL, by writing and publishing article about the service, gamification, tips & tricks, etc.
Organize trainings and events regarding the No-Code/Low-Code & Agentic AI practice within the CHANEL employees
Be referent in the community to support the makers, helping them on their app development or developing for them simple solutions

Promote and continuously improving the service offering for Intranet and No-code/Low-code services:

Elaborating and maintaining supports and materials to present the services
Updating the solution portfolio according to their life cycle

The Intranets & No-Code/Low-Code Platforms Service assistant will work closely with:

IT projects manager from regions and CHANEL’s divisions in an international context
IT partners and solutions providers
Business teams
Colleagues from Global Infrastructure Services team

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Education: Computing Engineering School
Languages: English fluent required
Strong interest to digital web solution, collaborative tools and Gen AI capabilities
Be interested to test and learn from new digital solution and usages
Interest in app or website development using low-code tools
Agility skills
Technical environnement : Microsoft SharePoint, LumApps, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, Office 365
Keen curiosity, open-mindedness and rigor
