1、 Conduct electrical meter skills training for station employees, continuously improve the team's ability of maintenance, organize power safety training and potential hazards investigation, compile emergency management plan and regular exercises for power consumption in station, ensure power consumption safety in station.
2、 Be responsible for technical guidance and troubleshooting of substations in the station. Maintenance and management between generator system and photovoltaic power supply system in the station will ensure safety of power supply in the station.
3、 Ensure that all operational activities are conducted in accordance with the HSE management regulations of the COMPANY, and complete the required safety work operation tickets (such as JSA, PTW, etc.) as specified.
4、 Check the electrical instruments and equipment on time（Main pump engine auxiliary system, low voltage distribution cabinet, generator, fire alarm system, sewage pump, diesel unloading pump, UPS, lighting and distribution, pressure gauge, temperature meter, level meter, flow meter, combustible gas probe, flame probe, temperature smoke sensor, radar level meter, pressure switch, electric valve, diesel oil supply pump, electric heat tracing, water pump）, and solve the problems found in time to ensure that the electrical instruments and equipment in the station are in good condition.
5、 Regularly inspect the power supply systems of SCADA, photovoltaic power supply, communication, CCTV, insurance system and fire alarm system to ensure the safety of power consumption of each system.
6、 Establish the account for operation, maintenance and overhaul of electrical equipment, sort out and file operation records, improve operation and maintenance regulations of all kinds of equipment, fill in all kinds of reports, compile all kinds of reports, do well in updating station equipment data.
7、 Be responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of electrical apparatus and equipment, compile and supervise the implementation of maintenance plans and regulations, fill in maintenance records, compile purchase plans for spare parts and consumables, manage the warehousing and claim of spare parts, and guarantee the 100% qualified rate of spare parts management.
8、 Complete the investigation and analysis of electrical equipment accidents at the station, issue accident reports, organize the whole station to conduct safety inspection and study, and prevent such accidents from happening again.
9、 Participate in overhaul and acceptance work of oil transmission equipment, strictly implement overhaul quality standards, check key parameters, receive overhaul completion data and file.
1、 Electrician's operation certificate.
2、 Physically healthy and strong, without hypertension, cardiovascular diseases, allergies to medications; no alcohol abuse or other bad habits.
3、 Electrical Instrumentation and Related Professions, Bachelor degree or above.
4、 Possess over 5 years of maintenance and repair experience with electrical and instrumentation equipment;
5、 Able to effectively troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation equipment failures at oil pipeline station.
6、 Proficient in effectively troubleshooting electrical equipment in oil pipeline systems (such as oil pumps, frequency converters, generators, UPS systems, etc.);
7、 Experienced in high and low voltage electrical equipment maintenance;
8、 Capable of independently conducting regular maintenance and repair operations on generator units, oil pump units, UPS systems, high and low voltage distribution cabinets, and control panels;
9、 Skilled in understanding the operational principles and maintenance procedures of various electrical and instrumentation equipment;
10、 Able to autonomously develop annual and monthly maintenance plans for pipeline electrical and instrumentation equipment and supervise their execution;
11、 Can formulate reasonable procurement plans；
12、 Candidates with experience in ABC crude oil engines, Cummins generators, and Siemens inverters maintenance are preferred.
13、 Fluent in spoken English.
