WAREHOUSES MANAGER

For the new tobacco factory in TETOUAN, we are looking for a Warehouse Manager to manage materials storage, inventory levels, and ensure smooth warehouse operations in line with JTI standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• You will be fully responsible for managing all materials storage (Tobacco, Non-tobacco materials, Finished Goods, and Spare Parts) in the warehouse. This includes controlling inventory levels and ensuring raw materials and spare parts are available for production lines, as well as ensuring Finished Goods are transferred to the market.
• You will lead the warehouse team to ensure on-time, complete, and correct delivery of all materials to internal customers. You will monitor daily business operations, ensuring transactions are executed accurately in SAP, MOM, and in line with JTI standards, policies, and safety protocols.
• You will resolve any SAP and MOM issues and ensure all processes comply with legal and financial requirements, including inventory counts and destruction policy implementation.
• You will ensure the safety of all department employees and the proper handling of materials, as well as manage timely stock takes and monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory counts.
• You will collaborate with the Planning, Production, Procurement, and Quality departments, ensuring proper material transfer and supporting the maintenance team.
• You will manage the storage of raw materials, tobacco, and spare parts in line with JTI standards, both in the plant and external warehouses if necessary.
• You will supervise the team to ensure inventory levels are controlled and materials are stored properly, maintaining a clean and organized environment
• You will ensure adherence to business practices such as IWS and MOM and take action to ensure inventory records are accurate.
• You will support physical counts and prepare information for month-end and year-end closing activities for the Finance department.
• You will drive continuous improvement within the team, empowering them to develop skills and enhance performance, while setting clear objectives and motivating employees to improve.
• You will be responsible for organizing, assessing, and developing your team, addressing training needs, and managing overtime and vacation usage.

EDUCATION

University degree in Business Administration or industrial Engineering.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Min 2/3 years of experience in managerial/supervisor position, Knowledge of  Supply Chain operations; Involvement & knowledge of  Warehouses operations.

SKILLS

• Language & Technical Skills – Fluent in English with advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI); SAP knowledge is a plus.
