En tant que Technicien Boulanger au sein du Baking Center, vos principales missions sont :
Prendre en charge le déploiement du support technique fourni par LESAFFRE Maroc à la cible professionnels de la boulangerie Effectuer les visites d’accompagnement et conseiller techniquement les professionnels de la boulangerie au niveau de sa zone d’intervention Détecter les besoins des professionnels rencontrés et les conseiller en plaçant des produits, services ou solutions personnalisées parmi la gamme LESAFFRE Maroc Animer des formations sur les techniques de la panification, au profit des clients et prospects professionnels de la boulangerie Dans le cadre de la gestion des réclamations, procéder au prélèvement des échantillons des produits LESAFFRE Maroc afin d’effectuer des tests qualité reproduisant les conditions terrain, et dans le respect du protocole interne Dans le cadre de la gestion des réclamations, et de la conformité des produits, intervenir chez les clients et fournir un service d’accompagnement pour identifier et résoudre la source de l’anomalie à son niveau Intervenir auprès des professionnels de la boulangerie afin de fournir un service de conseil et d’accompagnement adapté à leurs besoins et contribuant à la qualité du produit fini et à la rentabilité des professionnels (choix du matériel, paramètre de fabrication, formation des équipes, planning et processus de la production, gestion des coûts…)Intervenir en appui aux efforts commerciaux en réalisant des démonstrations chez les professionnels de la boulangerie, afin de démontrer le rapport qualité prix des produits LESAFFRE Maroc -en comparaison à ceux des concurrents Réaliser un mapping concurrentiel des professionnels clients ou prospects de LESAFFRE Maroc
Qualifications

Profil Recherché :



Formation : Titulaire d’un Bac+2. Diplôme : Lauréat de l’Institut de Formation de l’Industrie Meunière (IFIM) ou détenteur d’une formation spécialisée en meunerie/boulangerie. Expérience : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la boulangerie ou de la meunerie. Compétences recherchées : Maîtrise des techniques de fabrication du pain, connaissance des processus de meunerie et capacité à travailler en équipe
