Support is a team that helps customers in 187 countries worldwide, 24/7, 365 days a year, through various communication channels: e-mail, social media, phone, messenger, and website. 
We communicate in dozens of languages and help solve user problems here and now.
We are looking for a passionate and talented Technical Support Engineer.

Key requirements:


  • Degree in tech/engineering
  • Knowledge of the basics of physics/electrical engineering
  • Advanced English and French Languages
  • Experience in communication with customers
  • Experience with CRM systems and telephony will be an advantage

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues related to our product/service
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as necessary
  • Document and track customer interactions and problems in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
  • Help customers understand the features and benefits of products/services
