Support is a team that helps customers in 187 countries worldwide, 24/7, 365 days a year, through various communication channels: e-mail, social media, phone, messenger, and website.
We communicate in dozens of languages and help solve user problems here and now.
We are looking for a passionate and talented
Technical Support Engineer.Key requirements:
- Degree in tech/engineering
- Knowledge of the basics of physics/electrical engineering
- Advanced English and French Languages
- Experience in communication with customers
- Experience with CRM systems and telephony will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues related to our product/service
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as necessary
- Document and track customer interactions and problems in the customer relationship management system (CRM)
- Help customers understand the features and benefits of products/services
