WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from exceptional colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • World-class benefits:  On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, mental health, and vision coverage for you, your spouse/partner, and children.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Regional Talent Branding Lead for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, you will play a key role in shaping and promoting our firm’s external perception to attract top talent to the region.
Leading all regional talent branding initiatives, you will collaborate closely with the global Talent Attraction Branding team to ensure alignment with our global strategy. As part of the Middle East, Africa and Turkey Talent Attraction Transformation team, you will oversee the implementation of talent branding efforts in the region. Your responsibilities will include advising regional stakeholders on effective talent attraction strategies, managing both organic and paid local social media campaigns, and ensuring consistency and impact across all platforms. You will drive the localization and execution of our global talent brand strategy, tailoring it to meet the region’s specific hiring needs and objectives.
Your role will also involve frequent engagement with internal stakeholders to understand regional challenges and devise targeted branding tactics. You will ensure that regional campaigns follow global guidelines while adapting content for local audiences, advising on audience targeting and budget allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Championing our talent branding vision will be essential in rallying internal teams across the region to support and promote our employer brand. You will take the lead in adapting global content for the Middle East and Africa, ensuring all digital assets reflect our core brand values and resonate with local talent pools.
In addition, you will track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Your ability to measure success against global standards will be key in refining future strategies. You will also lead efforts to assess competitive positioning within the region, gather insights, and inform long-term regional branding strategies.
Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of regional talent branding initiatives, managing the budget, and continuously optimizing recruitment marketing efforts. This includes managing local inquiries, reviewing branding assets, collaborating with the media team, and overseeing communication initiatives. By working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure that our talent branding efforts are impactful, strategic, and aligned with both global and regional objectives.
