Supply Chain & Logistics Associate

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Associate for a position located in the Casablanca office and reporting to Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.

The Ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure timely shipments and delivery of the Customers orders to ensure the availability of JTI's products and meet sales demand. The Supply Chain & Logistics Associate will be working closely with the Customer Service (GBS), Sourcing Factories, Global Planning, Country Managers and Finance.

What you will be doing:

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Associate, you will:

• Coordinate with Country Managers and Customers to ensure orders are placed on time and as per the Shipment/Delivery plan.

• Follow up with Customer Service and factories to secure production to meet the planned delivery dates.

• Follow up with Customer Service (GBS) to ensure on time Customers' orders shipments.

• Monitor transit times and freight costs to ensure the most efficient routes in terms of transit time and cost are used.

• Oversee and monitor availability of Tax stamp at sourcing factories to ensure production continuity.

• Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures related to Logistics/Warehouse are in place and compliant.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or Business Administration or related field
• Fluency in French and Arabic; fluency in English (both oral and written) is a must
• At least 3-5 years in a similar role (Supply Chain and/or Logistics). Multinational experience, especially in FMCG companies, is a plus         
• Skilled in using MS tools
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
