Your Profile:
• Level of studies: Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management fields or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in similar area.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
Main responsibilities:
Task
Detailed description of main activities
Problem Solving
Offering guidance and assistance to team members in addressing end-user issues related to SAP, GPDB, and Coupa.
Supervising the creation and follow-up of escalated issues to ensure timely resolution and efficient incident management.
Identifying problematic processes, gathering business cases for necessary adjustments, and leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensuring smooth coordination within the team to handle end-user support, incident resolution, and process improvement tasks effectively.
Conducting training sessions to enhance team members' skills in handling support tasks and incident management.
Acting as a liaison between team members, management, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration in addressing issues and implementing improvements.
Operational Tasks
Supervising ASL updates and error corrections in SAP to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Ensuring the creation and updating of data in GPDB, including incoterms, payment terms, and prices, to maintain data integrity.
Supervising the creation and validation of purchase orders in SAP and Coupa to facilitate smooth procurement operations.
Guaranteeing master data quality through regular weekly checks in SAP and GPDB to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
Executing changes on master data to align with procurement standards, including safety measures, firming processes, and transit time requirements.
Knowledge Management
Creating documentation on processes for employees in the procurement area.
Offering support to end users for correct use of the system
Training of the new functionalities to the procurement team/ Training of new members.
Continuous improvement
Analyzing and understanding of business and functional requests from IT point of view, to support implementing and (re)defining Procurement processes.
Developing, monitoring and improving systems (SAP) according with business politics and systems procedures
Organizing testing activities and training process for end users & creating training documentation
Participating in ongoing and future projects implemented within the company, regarding systems (SAP).
Taking part in the new developments, as key user: testing, reporting errors to external consultants, informing employees on the new functionalities.
