FACTORY SPAREPARTS ASSOCIATE For the new tobacco factory in TETOUAN, we are looking for a SpareParts Associate with strong knowledge of inventory management and maintenance processes, responsible for managing the full spare parts cycle, and based on-site.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


  • You will be responsible for the full spare parts cycle, from timely ordering and tracking to delivery follow-up, ensuring availability for repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • You will monitor warehouse spare parts availability and stock turnover, conduct regular inventories, and analyze Min/Max stock levels for optimization.
  • You will manage the acceptance and quality control of spare parts supplied by OEMs and local suppliers.
  • You will optimize the spare parts supply process, including storage and turnover management, ensuring efficient operations.
  • You will track urgent spare parts orders and ensure timely lead times for shipments related to preventive maintenance and production needs.
  • You will interact with OEMs, local suppliers, service providers, and workshops to ensure the delivery of quality spare parts and maintenance services.
  • You will support production by preparing preventive maintenance plans, advising on alternative spare parts solutions, and assisting during brand change and conversion procedures.

EDUCATION


Bachelor’s degree in engineering.


WORK EXPERIENCE


Minimum of 3 years work experience in similar position


SKILLS


  • Solid knowledge of spare parts catalogues and listings
  • Expertise in the spare parts ordering process, including tracking, delivery, stock counting, and inventory practices
  • Advanced PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Excel) and SAP
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of production technologies and spare parts management
  • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles (KAIZEN, 5S3R)
  • Knowledge of ISO/EHS standards and practices
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and share knowledge
  • Strong sense of ownership and focus on driving value
  • Committed to fostering a safe, challenging, and forward-thinking environment
  • Focused on continuous improvement and making responsible choices
