The Role of Restaurant Sous Chef:



We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Sous Chef to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!



As a Sous Chef de Cuisine for Italian Restaurant, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in your Outlet. And taking over all responsibilities of the Executive sous Chef during his / her absence, striving for the highest possible Guest satisfaction. Plan, organize, control, and direct the work of employees in the Kitchen Department responsible for food preparation while ensuring superior quality and consistency. Prepare all, food items per guest order in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.

We are seeking a talented Sous Chef with expertise in Mediterranean cuisine to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr! In this role, you will bring your special talent and passion for delivering top culinary standards, ensuring our food offering is at the heart of the guest experience.



With a wealth of experience in luxury resorts, you are dedicated to team development and bring creative flair to elevate our food and beverage experiences. You will add your personal touch and energy to every dish, enhancing our offerings with innovation and authenticity.



As a natural leader, you are charismatic, nurturing, and committed to fostering a supportive workplace that embodies the Golden Rule. Your passion for people’s well-being and growth will make you an inspiring Cultural Advocate, empowering your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.



Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
