Why is this role important at Infobip?
Our Solutions Engineer is a mediator between Infobip and customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise. The role takes part in activities for Infobip’s customers, product proposals, deployments, connectivity & integrations, implementations, solution design, and delivery. In order to deliver the desired business results, you will collaborate with the regional teams and serve as a project manager or assist the more experienced project leads.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn about Infobip’s products and solutions as well as our company’s business processes. With your project management experience, you successfully perform project-related tasks and consult with Product Development teams, Solutions Engineers, our Solution Architect, and Solution Managers on assigned projects.
