Position Summary



Organize and lead the Sales Support process to Sales management, ensuring efficient and synchronized execution of administrations, planning cycles, performance management, analysis, key meetings and provide valuable information to our Sales team.

A day in the life of...



Capture all trade spendings in CRM for respective country, and highlighting any issues related to activities (including credit notes) or accruals and execute on CRM liaising with Nestlé Business Services (credit notes posting and disputes clearing).
Calculate and prepare the Service Charges on quarterly basis abiding by the CBS SOP.
Handle the Asset Custodian role on SAP (adding, removing, amending assets details), and any management topics for EVS / Nestrade.
Manage all P2P transactions (PR, PO, GR) for Nestlé Professional department.
Prepare all data and templates required for monthly meetings and participate in Sales team key meetings by setting direction, building coordination with planning.
Tabulate the monthly objectives / incentives for the sales force and compare with achievements.
Monitor the sales performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, provide team with necessary analysis.
Manage daily and ad-hoc reports/analysis to enable management to monitor day-to-day sales operations, in the country
Prepare sales analysis by customer/channel/Platform/salesman on monthly basis, to enable management to review and take necessary actions.
Coordinate with Sales force and Nestlé Business Services for the creation of new customers on SAP.
Develop and keep the Direct Delivery call cycle updated on a daily & monthly basis.
Ensure strict adherence and compliance on all activities undertaken, including those taking place on trade, to the WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk substitutes and Nestle Instructions and local country codes.
Comply with Nestlé’s strictest requirements that Nestlé marketing and sales personnel will not seek contact with, or give advice to pregnant women, or mothers of infants and young children regarding Infant Formula in their business capacity.

What will make you successful



University Degree in Finance or Business Administration.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in field sales/admin, Sales support, Supply Chain & or Finance.
FMCG background preferred.
Service oriented, Persistent, Proactive / anticipates.
Advanced Computer Skills, Multi-tasking and time management.
