*Job Description:*
We are looking for a dynamic and competent candidate to join our team as a reservation agent in our travel agency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling reservations, helping clients during the booking process, and providing exceptional follow-up services.
*RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY TASKS:*
• Handle incoming reservation inquiries and assist clients in booking tours.
• Take responsibility for client contact from booking to completion, maintaining regular contact with the client throughout the journey to ensure complete satisfaction and promote loyalty.
• Resolve all customer complaints quickly and effectively.
*REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:*
• Excellent command English, both spoken and written. Bachelor degree in English is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel.
