Retail Sales Manager - MoroccoField Sales - Morocco, . (Remote) , a leading global manufacturer of safety wear, workwear and PPE is currently seeking applications for the position of Retail Sales Manager in Morocco . Portwest is one of the fastest growing workwear companies in the world currently employing over 5,300 staff worldwide, with customer service staff in over 130+ countries and 11 Global warehouses in UK, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, UAE, USA and Australia JOB SUMMARY PORTWEST . We design, manufacture and distribute market leading workwear, safety wear and PPE in fully owned production facilities. As the Retail Sales Manager, you will bring your PPE/Workwear sales experience to sell Portwest. Products to retailers throughout the Morocco region. You will open new and develop existing distribution channels in this fast-paced outside sales position. You should be able to work well alone and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to continue to build upon the company’s success in the region. OVERVIEW OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Build quality business relationships with new and existing retail chains in the Morocco region, work towards contracts and development. Conduct daily face-to-face sales meetings to maintain and develop relationships with our retailers. Identify potential customers with high growth potential and create a roadmap for their future development. Utilize strategies to win new business on a continuous and consistent basis. Identify new business opportunities and complete sales planning schedule Engage in consultative selling by identifying customers’ needs and provide a Portwest solution to meet those needs in the retail market. Develop clear and effective written proposals/ quotations for current and prospective customers. Focus on selling new Portwest products by bringing samples to each meeting. Ensure effective after meeting follow up to close sales Attend local and international trade shows, sales conferences, networking events, customer events, etc. Promote distributor promotions on our products with end users. Provide coherent and concise local market analysis and feedback to HQ, including competitor info, pricing info, product info, sales projections, etc. Embrace a culture of continuous improvement through engaging in ongoing structured training. Complete other ad hoc duties as required. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs) To achieve the outlined objectives of this job specification. Additional KPI’s may be set out by Management at any time. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of PPE/Workwear or safety wear sales experience Drive to continue sales growth of Portwest through field sales. Clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout your designated region.
