FONCTIONS ESSENTIELLES : Etre un leader au s ein du service des réservations , un appui, un coach pour son équipe et un relais fiable pour ses responsables.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et optimiser la vente de nos chambres et Suite en appui des agents en shift afin de minimiser les appels abandonnés
- Avoir une très bonne connaissance de l’hôtel, des différents points de ventes et services, des chambres et Suites que nous proposons
- Faire preuve d’exemplarité, de rigueur, gentillesse et diplomatie
- Effectuer le contrôle de l’ensemble des réservations 3 jours précédant l’arrivée des clients au moins une fois par semaine
- S’assurer de la réalisation des critères de qualités régulièrement et de leur enregistrement dans la base de données
- Coacher quotidiennement les agents et faire en sorte que les shifts se déroulent bien afin de minimiser les heures supplémentaires
- Etre en mesure de remplacer de prendre en charge les plannings et le pointage en l’absence de l’assistant manager
- Assurer le morning meeting en l’ absence de ses responsables et être un bon représentant de son service
- Etre un relais pour ses responsables – effectuer les « feed backs » appropriés
