Job Description
We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “
Regional Sales Manager Africa Freud” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as the following:
Strategic tasks
Based on Freud WW strategy, define regional implementation plan. Develop Freud channel strategies for Africa. Application, user and competitor monitoring in Freud industrial market.
Operational Tasks:
Profit & Loss responsibility for the region. Secure agreed sales targets, customer and logistic service levels within agreed budget costs. Implement sales strategy. Expand partner network in the region and implement user conversion program together with existing partners. Implement marketing concepts in the region. Optimize sales & marketing process (e.g. pricing, promotion, listing). Align activities with Plant, Supply Chain, central Freud Marketing, Sales & Project Office as well as Bosch Country Sales Organizations.
Qualifications
Education:
Engineering / business education, preferably Master level. Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales position required. Preferably in RAF and with importer sales model. Broad background / cross-functional experience, in e.g. Marketing, Logistics, Controlling. Technical background or interest. No direct-report leadership experience, but interest to lead required. Experience in Freud market is a plus (woodworking manufacturing, tooling or machine manufacturing...)
Skills:
Result oriented, entrepreneurial, passionate, courageous & independent personality. Pioneering spirit Team player with strong communicating and collaboration skills across hierarchy, locations and functions. Strategic & conceptional skills, paired with a “hands-on” attitude.
