Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Controller/Business Analyst to join our team with responsibility for Africa. The successful candidate will play a key role in steering business performance and ensuring alignment with global strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage full Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities, including analysis of Cost of Sales, Sales, and SG&A (variable and fixed costs)
  • Oversee Balance Sheet management and Free Cash Flow monitoring
  • Provide strategic business steering and insights to drive decision-making
  • Support the overall business strategy with business proposals while ensuring adherence to headquarters' directives
  • Analyze and manage operating ratios to support business performance
  • Lead headcount planning and management in alignment with business objectives
  • Responsible for reporting to headquarters in both Africa and Germany
  • Generate business simulations to support financial and operational planning
  • Lead and coordinate business planning, forecasting, and risk/opportunity management
  • Act as a key business partner with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage Transfer Pricing and ensure compliance across regions
  • Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate reporting
  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure optimal business performance
  • Manage audits in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance
  • Drive a strong interest in Business Intelligence and leverage data-driven insights
  • Lead or support local and global projects to drive business transformation
  • Provide deep understanding and insights into Sales and Marketing strategies, including the marketing mix

Qualifications
  • Master Degree in Business management, accounting, financials or auditing
  • 5 to 10 years experience in similar position, preferably in multinational group
  • Strong IT skills (Business Warehouse, SAP, Power BI, Excel, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the automotive aftermarket is a plus
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Self-driven, independent, and adaptable with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to deliver under pressure
  • Team-oriented, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Fluent in Arabic, French and English
