Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Welcoming visitors and solving their problems.
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
  • Manage bookings of national travels (Flight & hotels)
  • Organizing pick up of the team, when needed
  • Invoice & Cheque management: receiving, tracking, scanning, distribution to the finance department and our vendors.
  • Inform suppliers about payment dates and cheque availability
  • Issuing the invitation letters to visitors with all requires signatures & stamps
  • Managing/Tracking both national and international couriers.
  • Receive invoices from suppliers and scan them, after scanning to be sent to Finance team
  • Archive invoices, including employee claim invoices as well
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.

  • Supervise the office & fix any problem
  • Manage bookings of national travels (Flight & hotels)

Role Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Educational background: Bac+2
  • Experience needed: 0 to 2 years
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Speaks French & English (some skills in English)
