Job Description
  • Greet and direct visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Handle incoming telephone calls.
  • Manage the distribution of both physical and electronic mail.
  • Maintain an organized visitor log and ensure the security of access points.
  • Oversee the booking and management of conference room booking.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Provide administrative support to the FCM department with various tasks as needed.

Qualifications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
  • Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calm and efficiency.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
