Make It With Pride.Working as part of a cross-functional team you lead the RDQ activities required to complete new product development and maintain portfolios and/or productivity projects keeping in mind the goal to deliver the desired consumer experience.How you will contributeYou will work independently to plan, lead and coordinate technical projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements You will effectively communicate status and risks and plan, lead and coordinate pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. In addition, you will plan, lead and coordinate development activities (e.g. product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation. etc.). To provide direction for product development, you will use digital simulation models to obtain, understand and interpret consumer insights and commercial information. This person acts as a business partner who works with business teams (Marketing for example) to provide technical solutions to drive business growth. • With limited support and guidance of a manager, t his person will organize and execute projects in line with R&D, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. This person will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials following good manufacturing practices, HACCP requirements and development activities ( e.g. product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation etc.). This person will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications. • This person is accountable for product development for Vietnam within AMEA region. Product development may cover New Product Development (NPD) program, productivity, quality improvement and technical support. This position requires a detailed understanding of product development process, depth knowledge of product technologies to make a significant contribution to project objectives and outcomes. Furthermore, a consumer-oriented sense is very important during development, basic business knowledge is also necessary. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manage and deliver projects including new product development, productivity and quality improvement for Vietnam. • Work as a business partner, providing General Technical Support to business. Actively participate in developing, recommending, planning and delivering in line with business process. • Other tasks assigned by line manager.
